Trails that weaved through fruit farms and flower farms
Headed for a town called Dallas, where we were to catch a trail into the mountains that would lead us into Newport.
The day was filled with many hills, a training of sorts, for what's to come.
After pushing some 60 miles and pulling into a small town called Wren, we discovered that we needed to push another 10 miles to a town called Burnt Wood to set up camp. Tired and exhausted, we pushed on.
Set up camp and had a feast of feasts with our new friend (Scott). He invited us over to partake in some cheddar brawts and beers. We decided it would be nice to lighten our loads and cook some of our own food, so it ended up being a great meal.
The night ran long, after being invited in to Scot's RV to watch a Talking Heads concert VHS. (UNREAL)
