Duffel bag and a bike box

I will be putting my life into a duffel bag and a bike box today.
It's funny how you can manage to put so much of your life into one bag and one box. CRAZY
I remember thinking to myself while peddling through Montana a few weeks back, how crazy the idea was to be traveling across country on bicycle, with only the bare essentials of life. Material objects truly mean nothing.
All that I need is a open road and the wind on my back.
We will be departing for Portland tonight.

This week we should be purchasing our USA rail passes on Amtrak. YES!

The rail passes are good for 30 days and can be used from any station, up to 12 segments. Pretty psyched to get back out there.
